ESD Case Studies
Effective control of static discharge problems in a mission-critical environment like a 911 emergency communications center requires understanding the differences in various types of static dissipative and static resistant floors. This documented case history shows how a 911 call center identified static discharge (ESD) as the source of their problems and eliminated static by installing permanent static control flooring and antistatic chairs.
